About me

Most AI adoption fails not because of technology, but because products are built around models instead of workflows. I build AI products the other way around — starting from the enterprise workflow, then designing how AI augments and enhances it, not just replaces it.

At HCL Software, I led the product strategy for BigFix AEX — a cloud-native GenAI + Agentic AI enterprise platform. I shipped 7+ production modules including Agentic Workflow Builder, Voice Agents, and MCP Support, while architecting multi-model LLM integration across 5 providers. Before that, at Ikigai School of AI, I took a B2B SaaS analytics product from concept to live enterprise deployment.

Now at FuturePath AI, I own the product strategy for Chat and Voice Virtual Agent modules, working with a team of 10 across 5 live enterprise accounts. I consult with enterprises to identify where agentic AI creates real operational leverage, and benchmark our platform against 50+ competitors to keep the roadmap defensible.
